Our Shop: The shop has a selection of vintage items, hand poured candles, artisan jewelry and handmade decor. Amanda is a Certified Antique and Numismatic Appraiser specializing in the Victorian Time Period and the 1940's. Amanda is the author of Letters From the War a historical novel set during World War II. Her second novel, Steadfast Charlie will be out soon.

Appraisals:Why do you need an Appraisal? Antique and personal property appraisals are needed for a variety of reasons ranging from simple curiousity about a family heirloom to legal documentation. An accurate appraisal protects you by giving you knowledge. In the event of a catastrophic or life changing event a certified appraisal can be the difference between receiving reimbursement for your loss and not being able to replace the item. An accurate value can protect you financially. Amanda Bryant is a USPAP certified appraiser and can evaluate most items from paintings, jewelry, silver, fine furnishings, antiques and collectibles to general household contents. Amanda frequently works with attorneys, collectors, executors, trust administrators, and historical organizations. Amanda will provide detailed valuations for single items or entire collections, including: Insurance Appraisals, Fair-market and replacement cost value appraisals for estate or court purposes and informal evaluations.

Estate Sales: We serve individuals, families, estate trustees, executors, real estate agents and attorneys. We are committed to helping people with the arduous and emotional task of liquidating personal property. We are a staff of caring professionals. We conduct our sales in a speedy and efficient manner with the goal of obtaining for you, our client the highest possible prices. 

Clean Out Service: If you require additional removal or clean-out of non-salable items we offer clean-out services. Our clean out service is simple and straight-forward. We will leave the home empty and clean. Usable items will be donated to a local charity for which you will receive a receipt. Non-usable items will be hauled away either to the dump or recycling center. We charge a flat fee of $500 for homes 2,000 square feet and under and a flat fee of $1,000 for homes up to 5,000 square feet. This fee can either be paid up front or deducted from the sale proceeds. If paid up front a receipt will be given otherwise the fee will be deducted from the sale check.
